Voyage SE is seeking an experienced Data Analyst – Flight Performance to join our team in Wrocław, Poland. As a key player in the Airlines industry, you will be responsible for analyzing flight performance data to enhance operational efficiency and improve customer satisfaction. Your insights will directly impact our strategic decisions and operational excellence.

• Analyze and interpret complex data sets related to flight performance, including fuel consumption, flight times, and delays.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify trends and provide actionable insights.
• Support the implementation of data-driven strategies to optimize flight operations.
• Ensure data integrity and accuracy by conducting regular audits and validations.
• Present findings and recommendations to senior management and stakeholders.

Required Profile

We are looking for a candidate with a strong analytical mindset and a passion for the aviation industry. The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications and skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Data Analyst, preferably within the airline or transportation industry.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL, Python, or R.
• Strong ability to interpret and visualize data using tools like Tableau or Power BI.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to present complex data insights clearly.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
