As a Strategic Procurement Manager, you will play a critical role in optimizing our supply chain operations and ensuring the efficient procurement of materials and services. You will be responsible for developing and implementing procurement strategies that align with our business objectives and drive cost savings.

• Develop and execute strategic procurement plans to enhance supply chain efficiency.
• Negotiate contracts and agreements with suppliers to secure favorable terms and conditions.
• Analyze market trends and supplier performance to identify opportunities for cost reduction and quality improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of procurement strategies with company goals.
• Manage supplier relationships and conduct regular performance evaluations.
• Monitor and report on procurement metrics to senior management.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

Required Profile

We are looking for an experienced professional with a strong background in procurement and supply chain management. The ideal candidate will possess the following skills and qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in strategic procurement, preferably in the logistics or delivery industry.
• Strong negotiation and contract management skills.

• Fluency in English and German is preferred.
